What happens if I outgrow my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Added seats are pro-rated, so you only pay for the rest of the current month.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan needs no card. Paid plans are billed via Razorpay (UPI, cards, or net banking) and you only enter payment details at checkout.

Is the founding price locked in?

Yes. Pro at ₹149 (regularly ₹199) and Business at ₹249 (regularly ₹299) per user per month are founding prices for our first 100 teams, until 31 March 2027. Start while the offer is live and your price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active — even after prices rise for new sign-ups.

Is there a mobile app?

The Android app is coming soon to Google Play and will be part of the Business plan. Until then, TaskInSync works in any phone browser, and the Windows app is available today.

What's included in "Priority Support"?

Same-business-day email response on Business, and next-business-day on Pro. All tiers — including Free — get the public help docs and the in-app chatbot. Bugs are fixed within 24 hours on every plan.
